Common questions
Is the questionnaire really free?
Yes. It takes about 5 minutes and there's no obligation. We'll only ask you to pay the $149 once we've read your answers and confirmed we're the right fit.
Do I need a big budget?
No. The Marketing Plan & Audit is $149, and everything after that is priced separately, so you only pay for what you choose. Plenty of the steps cost nothing but a little time.
Will I own my accounts and logins?
Yes. Everything we set up, from your Google Business Profile to your social pages and website, is in your name. If you ever stop working with us, it all stays with you.
Do we need to meet?
No. Everything is done online and by email, so it fits around your day.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Hire us for a one-off job or month to month. If you're on monthly support, just give us one month's notice to stop.
Do you work outside my town?
Yes. We work with businesses right across New Zealand. Everything is done online, so where you're based doesn't matter.
